Plasma Spray Coating Piston Rod

Younglee Metal Products Co., Ltd. is proud to present our advanced Plasma Spray Coating Piston Rod series, engineered to deliver exceptional performance and reliability in demanding industrial applications. Our proprietary plasma spray technology provides superior wear resistance, friction characteristics, and oil-holding capacity, making these piston rods the ideal choice for critical applications in the oil and gas industry and beyond.

Product Description: Plasma Spray Coating Piston Rod

Our Plasma Spray Coating Piston Rods feature a specially formulated coating applied using state-of-the-art plasma spray technology. This advanced process creates a superior surface that outperforms traditional coatings such as tungsten, stainless steel, and chrome in terms of durability, friction characteristics, and resistance to harsh operating conditions.

The plasma spray process utilizes an electric arc to transform gas into hot plasma. Powder material is introduced into this plasma stream, becomes molten, and is projected against the piston rod surface. When individual particles impact the surface, energy transfer creates interatomic bonds, resulting in a coating with exceptional adhesion and performance characteristics. This versatile process allows us to apply our proprietary coating formulations to virtually any prepared surface, creating piston rods that deliver superior performance even in sour gas, high and low pressure applications, and with marginal or intermittent lubrication.
