Overview of our Hydraulic cylinder Tube Factory
Our hydraulic cylinder honed tube factory was built in the year 1996, and renewed under modern management system and technologies in the year 2010. Till today we have nearly 30 years’ experience in manufacturing honed tubes for various hydraulic cylinders.
Our hydraulic cylinder tube factory covers an area of 40,000 square meters. We produces cold drawn seamless tubes, honed tubes / honed steel tubing (hydraulic cylinder tubes) of more than 20,000 tons.

Overview of our Chrome Plated ROD Factory
Our chrome plated rod factory was built on the year 2000, covers an production plant area of 25,000 square meters.
Our chromed rod factory mainly produces chrome plated bar and chrome plated hollow bar (chrome plated tube) used for hydraulic cylinder rods. Our capacity is to produce around 20000 metric tons of chrome plated rod, chromed hollow rods. We have nearly 50 lines of grinding machines, 20+ polishing machines and 15 chrome plating tanks and other machines and equipment to make the chrome plated rod and chrome plated hollow rods.

Our hydraulic cylinder factory was built on the year 2010, covers an production plant area of 15,000 square meters.
Our chromed bar factory mainly produces customized hydraulic cylinders, telescopic hydraulic cylinders and some hydraulic cylinder parts.

Our company has more than 300 skilled staff, among those 30% are engineers and high educated staff, and 25% of our workers have more than 20 years’ experience in manufacturing hydraulic cylinder tubes, chrome plated hydraulic cylinder rods, hydraulic cylinder parts and full customized hydraulic cylinders.
Quality Control
As the quality focus hydraulic cylinder material and hydraulic cylinder manufacturer, our factory had established mature quality management system. Processes from raw materials incoming quality control to final product quality control and even the packing and loading, every process that effects the quality is well controlled under the QMS system.
We established a quality management department with 20+ people, and we have complete sets of inspection instruments and facilities to inspect the honed steel tubing.

Our honed tube factory produces high quality products as below.
– Hone tubes for hydraulic cylinders
Our factory manufactures honed tubes / honed cylinder tubes with inside diameter from 32 mm to 800 mm.

The production capacity of our honed tube factory is 20,000 metric tons. Honed tubes are mostly used as hydraulic cylinder tubes to make hydraulic cylinders.
– Hard chrome plated bar for hydraulic cylinder piston rods.
Our factory also produce hard chrome plated bar for hydraulic piston rod, the size range is diameter 6 mm to 800 mm.
The capacity of chrome plated bar is 500 thousand meters.
– Chrome plated tubes / chrome plated hollow bars
Our factory is also the high quality chrome plated tube manufacturer and supplier. We produce and supply chrome plated tubes from I.D 32 MM to 800 MM. The chrome plated layer can be from 10 microns to 30 microns on customers’ request.
– Cold drawn seamless steel tubes
We are the professional cold drawn seamless steel tube manufacturer in China. Our factory manufactures and supplies CDS tubes for producing honed tubing, and other purpose such as mechanical tubes, hydraulic tubes and boiler tubes and so on.
– Hydraulic cylinders
Our company is a large customized hydraulic cylinder manufactuer also. We manufacture various types of customized hydraulic cylinders, telescopic hydraulic cylinders as per customers drawings and requirements. Especially, our strength is on the producing of big bore hydraulic cylinders and 2 stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder, 3 stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder for dump truck (dump trailer), 4 stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder for dump truck, and 5 stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder for dump trucks.
