Mounting Rail TS Series Overview
Our factory’s standard series mounting rail is designed as per German standard DIN 3015, part 1, this type of tube clamp mounting rails are for mounting pipe clamps in applications under standard (normal) pressure or light vibrations. They are known as light duty mounting channels also.
Our standard series clamp mounting rail is with the same specifications as clamp mounting rail ST 11, ST14 and ST30. And with our perfect quality management system, our pipe clamp mounting rails are as good as the famous brands of mounting rails, the only difference is our brand is YOUNGLEE.
Our DIN 3015-1 C-profile mounting rails are broadly used for installing pipe /tube clamps in applications under standard pressure or low mechanical vibrations. Our mounting rail ST series can be widely used in various industries such as hydraulics, mechanical engineering, marine, offshore projects and ship building and so on.
Standard Mounting Rail ST Sizes
There are three different series of sizes, which are:
- TS11 L-E1, this series is equivalent to clamp rail TS11
- TS14 L-E2, this series is equivalent to mounting rail TS14
- TS30 L-E3, this series is equivalent to mounting rail TS30

Our mounting rails usually are supplied in length 1 meter or 2 meters, we also can supply mounting rails with other different length on customer’s request.
Mounting Rail TS Materials
We produce and supply clamp standard series mounting rails (equivalent clamp mounting rail ts) with materials as below.
- Carbon steel
Our carbon steel DIN rails (DIN 3015-1 mounting rails) are available in carbon steel of grade ST52, E235, SAE1020, etc. And our carbon steel mounting rails are supplied with cold zinc plated surface or hot dip galvanized (HDG) surface.
- Stainless steel 304
We can produce and supply stainless steel mounting rails with stainless steel AISI 304.
- Stainless steel 316
We produce and supply 316 stainless steel mounting rails for many applications where high corrosion resistance are required, such as ship building, marine, offshore industries.
Other materials of rails are available on customer’s request.
