Worm Gear Hose Clamp Brief Introduction

A worm gear clamp is consist of a zinc-plated steel or stainless steel band or strip, into which a screw thread pattern has been cut or pressed. At one end of the strip there is a captive screw. The hose clamp is put around the hose to be associated, with the loose end being inserted into a tight space between the band and the captive screw. While the screw is rotated, it runs as a worm drive pulling the threads of the band, leading the band to tighten around the hose.

- 316 stainless steel worm drive hose clamps: 1000 pcs each size, the Min Order Quantity is negotiable upon the raw material 316 stainless steel strips available in our stock.
Usually our factory’s worm gear clamps stainless steel and galvanized steel are packed 100 pcs each plastic bag and then packed in cartons. If the customer order quantity is big, we will pack the hose clamps cartons on pallets or wooden case upon customer’s request.
