Stainless steel loop clamp overview
Stainless steel loop clamp is one of the popular type of stainless steel hose clamp.
Our loop clamps are all vibration damping loop clamps. This type of hose clamp is consist of a metal loop clamp with a rubber cushion covered on it, and it is usually fastened with a bolt and a nut.
The rubber cushion covering the clamp lessens vibration and wear from clamp edges. Loop Clamps circle lines of tubing, pipe, and hoses completely while clamping them close to the mounting surface.

- Loop clamp (metal strip): 304 stainless steel, SS 316 stainless steel.
304 stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance, and 316 stainless steel provides better corrosion resistant performance than 304 SS, and more safer. It can be used in marine industries.
- Cushion: Our loop clamp cushion is available in EPDM, PTFE, Vinyl cushion, Siliconen cushion upon customer’s request.
EPDM rubber cushion is for applications in environments where clamps are exposed to water and steam. They have good resistance to ozone and aging. Vinyl cushions are durable and withstand moisture and some chemicals. Silicone cushion has good resistance performance with sunshine, oxidation, ozone, and high temperatures.

- 304 SS loop clamps: 1000 pcs each size
- 316 SS loop clamps: 2000 pcs each size, the Min Order Quantity is negotiable upon the raw material 316 stainless steel strips available in our stock.
Our factory’s loop clamps stainless steel and galvanized steel are packed 100 pcs each plastic bag and then packed in cartons. If the customer order quantity is big, we will pack the loop clamps cartons on pallets or wooden case upon customer’s request.
