Low friction and chemical resistance – Custom Xylan/PTFE coated solutions
Younglee provides custom-engineered U-bolts coated with Xylan or PTFE, offering superior chemical resistance and a very low friction coefficient. These assemblies are ideal for applications where thermal expansion requires the pipe to slide easily over the support without damaging the coating or the pipe wall.
Consist of our Xylan coated U bolt with half round rod (I-rod equivalent)
- U bolt: The U bolt is usually with high grade carbon steel or stainless steel with Xylan coated.
- U bolt insulation: U bolt can be insulated with Polyolefin Heat-Shrink (Polyshrink) / Rubber sleeve or Rubber coating, and we can make the U bolts with PTFE sleeve coating also.
- Half round Rod: The U bolt can be supplied with a half round rod as the bottom saddle, the half round Rod is equal to I rod, made of Acetal(POM), PEEK, PEI(equal to I-ROD HT Amber), or PTFE (Teflon).
- Nuts: The nuts also can be Xylan coated, the nuts standard available: ASTM A194 2H, A194-8, A194-8M and so on.
- Washers: steel washers, stainless steel washers or PTFE washers are available on customer’s request.
