Heavy duty hydraulic marine pipe clamps are designed and produced according to DIN 3015-2. Heavy duty tube clamps are used for clamping pipes, tubes, hoses, bars which are under heavy mechanical vibration.

Hydraulic Heavy duty pipe clamp Types

Depends on the different assembling parts, our heavy duty tube clamps can be supply in below main types:

  • H-G1 /H-G2: Hexagon head bolts / Hexagon socket bolts + cover plate + clamp body + welded base plate;
  • H-G3 /H-G4, rail nut heavy duty pipe clamps: hexagon head bolts / hexagon socket bolts + cover plate + clamp body + rail nuts;
  • H-G5, Stacking heavy duty pipe clamps: Stacking bolts + safety locking plates + clamp body, max. 5 layers.
  • H-G6/H-G7: hexagon head bolts / hexagon socket bolts + cover plate + clamp body;
  • H-G8 / H-G9 elongated heavy duty tube clamp: Hexagon head bolts / Hexagon socket bolts + cover plate + clamp body + elongated welded base plate;
  • H-G10: Hexagon head bolts + twin cover plate + twin clamp body + twin welded base plate;
  • H-G11: Hexagon head bolts + cover plate + clamp body + + welded base plate;
  • H-G12, Japanese standard heavy duty tube clamp: Hexagon head bolts+cover plate+clamp body+ welded base plate (Japanese standard);
  • H-G13, heavy twin series pipe clamps: Hexagon head (socket) bolts + cover plate + clamp body + welded base plate.

Size Range

Our factory’s heavy duty pipe clamps are available for fit tubes, pipes, hoses, bars with sizes of O.D 6 mm to O.D 508 mm.

Heavy duty pipe clamp materials

  • PP plastic pipe clamp (Polypropylene pipe clamp)
  • Plastic PA pipe clamp (polyamide pipe clamp)
  • Aluminum pipe clamp
  • Mounting hardware materials: carbon steel (galvanized), stainless steel 304, 316.
    For marine, offshore and ship building applications, the material of the mounting hardware is mostly Stainless steel SS 316. Some times, the material is carbon steel with hot dipped galvanized surface treatment.
  • Other materials on requests.
