Maximum marine protection – SS316 Rubber Coated U-bolt with Half Round Rod(Equal to I-Rod)
Engineered for the harshest offshore environments, this assembly combines a 316 Stainless Steel U-bolt with a Polyolefin (Polyshrink) coating on the legs. The half-round rod provides the necessary isolation, while the Polyshrink sleeve prevents mechanical damage and galvanic corrosion between the bolt and the pipe.
Our I-Rod Equivalent Solution for Offshore
Younglee provides a complete set including the U-bolt, Half-round rod(equal to I-Rod), and nuts. Our solution is functionally equivalent to I-Rod systems, providing superior corrosion resistance without brand infringement. The U bolt is made of stainless steel SS316 (ASTM A320 B8M), can be supplied with Rubber sleeve coated or Polyolefin Polyshrink insulated. The U bolts can be supplied with PTFE(Teflon) coating, Xylan Coating, etc upon customers’ request.
