We produce and supply high purity tubing in stainless steel of EN DIN steel grades and AISI \/UNS steel grades.<\/span><\/p>\n

AISI \/ UNS steel grades: 316 \/ 316L, 304 \/ 304 L, 316Ti, 2205, S31803<\/span><\/p>\n

EN DIN steel grades: 1. 4401 \/ 1.4404 \/1.4435, 1.4301 \/1.4307, 1.4462<\/span><\/p>\n

316L high purity tubing is the most popular, also we produce other materials of high purity tubes on customer’s requests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Size Range:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Tubing metric size: O.D 6 mm to O.D 120 mm, W.T 0.5 mm to 10 mm<\/span><\/p>\n

Imperial size tubes: O.D 1\/4″ to 6″<\/span><\/p>\n

The most popular size range of the high purity stainless steel tubing is between O.D 6 mm (1\/4″) to O.D 50 mm (2″), and we can supply the high purity tubes with random length or fixed length 1 meter to 8 meters.<\/span><\/p>\n

The surface roughness of bright annealed stainless steel tube is between Ra 0.4\u03bcm to Ra 0.8\u03bcm upon customers’ request.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mechanically polished<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Outside diameter polished and inside diameter polished.<\/span><\/p>\n

We can supply high purity stainless tubing with mechanical polished surface on outside diameter and inside diameter, with roughness Ra 0.6 \u03bcm to 0.8 \u03bcm.<\/span><\/p>\n

EP: Electro-polished<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

EP stainless steel tubes are mostly ultra high purity tubes. The roughness can be as good as Ra 0.25 \u03bcm or better.<\/span><\/p>\n
